1. Are the paintings all originals?
Yes, all paintings presented by us in this web-site are 100% originals. Thus, each painting is one-of-a-kind. As we deal directly with the artists, we can therefore assure authenticity of all works presented. Every painting sold by us comes with a Certificate Of Authenticity.

However, in the case of Print Intaglio category, we specify the number of limited edition.

2. Can I commission any of your artists to paint for me?
We will consider any requests for our artists to paint on specific theme or object, provided such requests are clearly defined and spelt out.

3. Are the paintings framed?
For Chinese paintings, they either come in the form of traditional Chinese framing - scrolled onto a scroll pin and ready to hang, or are being mounted on thick cardboard that require framing for which we recommend that you use a local professional picture framing service.

For watercolors, unless otherwise stated, they are all mounted on thick cardboard which required local framing at your end.

All mounting and framing works are done by our professionals who have at least 15 years of experience.

In the case of oil paintings, unless otherwise stated, they are painted on canvas and are not framed.

We can provide framing services for any chosen painting, however, that will inevitably increase the freight cost.

Very experience. All the artists have been painting for a minimum of 12 years and in some cases over 45 years. They are members of many prestigious painting associations and have won many awards (both international and local). Biographies of all artists can be found in our galleries.

11. What is Xuan paper?
Xuan (pronounce as "zwan") paper is made from rice (but not "rice paper" as we would normally think of it) and is the traditional Chinese painting material. Xuan paper is well known for its anti-aging quality as it can last for hundreds of years.
